Levels 1 / 2 – Beginners
Classes are vigorous, illuminating and progressive. Foundational poses develop strong, pliable, graceful and aligned bodies. Stresses disappear. Joy blossoms.
Levels 3 / 4 – Intermediates
Intermediates plumb their depths to master precise movements and dynamic actions of challenging asanas. Strength, endurance, agility and harmony evolve..
Zoom & Home Practice
Zoom Setup
Place a mat sideways to a display at a distance. Adjust the camera’s angle to see yourself head-to-toe when seated, standing and supine. .
Home Props
2 asana bolster, prana pillow, a 10′ Pune belt, sticky mat, yoga chair, crate, 2 blocks, 4- 6 blankets & wall ropes (ideal).
